High quality photography is a must! We'll hire professional photographers to ensure the property shows its best on MLS and our website. When deemed appropriate we can provide 3D Virtual Tours and Video.


Print design is not just about looking good, it's about effective and memorable communication. Our designers make your listing speak up and get noticed using flyers, infosheets, and brochures, all available for download and at your property. We'll also install QR codes on the "For Sale" signs.


Social Media Marketing is an integral part of our advertising campaigns. We utilize Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Vimeo and YOUTube ensuring maximum exposure.


We spend a significant portion of our advertising dollars with Google pay per click. We'll make every effort to ensure your listing comes up on the first page when Buyers are searching. We'll create custom "Landing Pages" featuring YOUR home. We'll also focus on advertising to mobile devices.


A significant percentage of our properties are sold by other realtors. We regularly attend industry meetings with our colleagues, and make it a priority to inform them of your listing.
